  • [EL2 FU 10K for PS4/PS3 Controller] – 4x replacement analog joystick was found in some PS4 DualShock 4 came with PlayStation 4 Pro, and some PS3 controllers also use this version. The thumbstick module was made by Favor Union (FU). The stick controller comes with 10KΩ trimmer potentiometers in orange.
  • [Compatibility] – The 14 prongs were positioned as the same as ALPS edition. Technically, the whole unit is interchangeable with EL1 ALPS 10K used in PS4 controllers, and other brands like ‘Scuf’ and ‘Razer Raiju Ultimate’ with ALPS joysticks inside. However, the trim pot resistor alone is not interchangeable with ALPS edition.
  • [Additional Resistor] – Complicated moving mechanism and daily wear and tear finally caused drifting. Even new sensors cannot be 100% balanced. Calibrating in controller settings might not work. We packed 10x correction resistors to solve the potential problem in hardware level. Solder one or two paralleled tiny resistors onto the potentiometer at the site direction against drifting. It will help correct 3 to 5 degrees drifting.
  • [When to replace] – The analog joystick needs to be replaced when your controller has the problem of drifting, creeping, stuttering, a blind spot, a dead spot, a dead zone, no reaction when clicking, or it wouldn't center after years of wear and tear.   • [Reminder of DIY] – With as many as 14 prongs, de-soldering and soldering the whole module takes serious skills. We suggest replacing the potentiometers first to solve most of the joystick problems. De-soldering the unit with only 3Pin can be easier than replacing the entire module with as many as 14 prongs ✔ A heat to replace the whole module This is the most suggested for an experienced soldering expert ✔ Experts with a normal iron to replace the whole unit For a soldering expert with no professional de-soldering wick braid, solder sucker pump or hot air rework station at hand.
