Excellent product, but it's better to serve chapati right after making it instead of keeping it in the casserole for later, as it becomes hard. The product doesn't function as a non-stick.Overall worth buy.

Major drawback is that the tawa is not flat infact the center is little mounted so when you pour oil it spread at the edges not the center and when you cook Omelette without sufficient oil, it ll definitely stick. The problem is that you have to put more oil and also you have to preheat the tawa and if you don't you ll mess the item. The design is faulty, if the design would have little bit concave than it ll be easy to prepare the items without sticking.

Happy with this purchase. This tawa takes much time to get hot because of it's heaviness. very good for chapati and paratha, doesn't stick on it. It is not for dosa making. For dosa 33cm diameter and 4.88 mm thick Hawkins nonstick tawa is best to buy.

I am disappointed on 2 counts....1. there was a sticker affixed to the cooking surface which when peeled left a later of glue that took a days soaking and gentle scrubbing to come off. 2. My expectations for perfect dosas crashed when it stuck to the pan....even after seasoning for first time use. I eventually had to use my old non stick dosa tawa. Expected more from Future.

It is bit small , but perfect for chapati, now if you need to make parantha or thepla I recommend go for griddle version because it has an edge. This flat version is just the the one I was looking for . I also recommend hand wash after it cools down . I have been using Hawkins futura from many years and keep replacing them once it warns out.
