Simple construction and design, which was what I was looking for. No issues and I would recommend this for the price point value for adding simple bird houses to your area.

Good value
Excellent value. Ez to clean BUT be sure to order metal guards or you'll be disappointed when the woodpeckers remodel the bird house. Chickadee like one size, wrens another. I am attract wrens.

They are nice nesting boxes the birds love them

Birds Moved Right In
They appear to be built solidly. I screwed one onto a tree and mounted the other on a pole, hardware required for pole mounting. They look nice and birds moved right in.

Falling apart
5 months old outside at the most and the door fell off 1 of them and the roof is split down the middle on 2 of them.
