Can you place transparent sticker on one side?

You could place stickers on both sides, transparent or not, and the card works fine. I have used transparent stickers several times. Just be sure to remember you can't place metal near the card, so if you use a non-transparent sticker with a foil, it might not work.

No chip? Does that mean I have to solder on my own chips to make this work?

This product is a combination of 40 ntag215 clear labels and 40 thin colored round pvc cards. You can put the clear labels on the colored pvc rounds so that you can get different color labels for sorting. I hope my answer can help you, have a good day!

How do I program the card?

Use an NFC reader (any newer android works I believe) and some sort of software program for program nfc. If you are trying to do amiibo backups, try tagmo on the play store.

Can these be printed on?
