Very effective
My sister uses these in her pet shop to help catch the Pantry or Meal moths that often come in with animal feed. They are extremely effective and will catch a lot of moths before they need replacing.Just remember these are specifically for this moth type and won’t work with clothes moths ! ( there are are types available for these )

Catches males perhaps but not the females
Said to catch the male pantry moths but what about the females?! They are the ones that fill our jars of cereal, nuts etc. with their eggs! I've caught most of the moths myself but the resilient ones sit steadfastly on the ceiling ready to swoop down at any time but not to get stuck onto these....

Useful weapon in the anti pantry moth armoury...
These Ambush Pro Pantry Moth Traps are specifically designed to combat the problem of pantry moths - not clothes moths which are the more common variety. We had a problem with pantry moths in a food cupboard in the kitchen just once about 5 or 6 years ago. When I saw these, I thought I'd get them to store away and use in the event they ever recur. The traps are easy to use. Peel off one side of a card to reveal a sticky side. Male moths are then attracted by female moth pheromones so effectively in laying the traps you halt the breeding cycle and ultimately eliminate the problem. I've not had need to use them so far - thank goodness - but the science behind them would appear to be sound. If you're reading this you may well be in the grip of a pantry moth infestatation. Certainly these traps could be worth trying. But let me explain how we got rid of them - and back then I was unaware such traps were available.First we removed everything from the cupboard - a very large corner one. We then cleaned and disinfected everything and binned any opened packets of dried food. Lots of elbow grease and an 'if in doubt, throw it out' approach. I found opened pasta was of particular interest to these moths and in fact wonder whether the issue may have been caused in the first place by a pack of dried Italian egg noodles which had not been opened by us but somehow the moths had got into.Along with this, we did a lot of teading on the subject. I invested in various Lock & Lock airtight plastic containers - other brands are available - in which to store opened packets instead of just relying on plastic clips to the top. The other thing I did was to buy some dried whole bayleaves and strew them around the cupboard as I'd read that these act as a deterrent to this type of moth.So don't despair if you have this problem. It really is possible to sort it out with a bit of effort and hopefully with a few tweaks to your food storage methods to make sure the problem never recurs. Anyway, I'm definitely keeping this Ambush Pro product handy just in case.

Completely Totally Utterly Useless
I could almost hear the moths laughing as they flew through these bits of slightly sticky cardboard (which is all these "traps" appear to be).Not a single moth caught. Complete waste of money.

Easy to use moth trap.
Great value for the money and it's very easy to use. Does what it's supposed to. If time is a concern, yes, it has arrived on time. :)Highly recommended.
