Can this be used with deceased insects to attach to skin?

Yes! This sounds interesting for sure. It will definitely adhere insects to skin. Also a liquid latex so it can be reused. Apply liquid latex to your skin, place the insect into the application area, let set. This way, you can remove the prosthetic and reuse it. Apply the prosthetic with the spirit gum. But for a 1 time use, you can definitely use the spirit gum to apply the insect(s) straight to the skin.

Will this dry out in the bottle if I store it for 5-6 months?

I believe it depends on whether it’s open and maybe how frequently. The constant exposure to air (we used it for facial prosthetic application) made our small bottle dry out by the final night. I hope this helps!

Will this work on lightweight masquerade mask?

It will hold up, but depending how heavy the masquerade mask is and how oily/sweaty the skin can get will determine how long it will hold. To simply answer your question, yes.
