Incredibly moisturizing and gentle
I am absolutely thrilled with this spontaneous recovery cream. It is so deeply moisturizing and makes my skin feel amazing. I have sensitive skin sometimes, and I'm always looking for products with great, natural ingredients, and this one is perfect. It doesn't bother my skin at all, no irritation, just hydration and softness. It feels fantastic, and I love knowing I'm using quality ingredients.

Hum.... nice but overpriced.
Okay, let me get it straight. It's a nice cream but if you ask me it really worths the price tag, then definitely not- let me explain why. So practically, the large chunk of the ingredients are flower water - meaning they submerged some flower and they use the water in the product. Practically, it's really just water - even if it's chamomile and lavender. The secondary ingredients are also smoe oilve base d and other oils, and other long chain oil. I know they are all organic and somehow it's appealing to the people but I don't think it really does much on the skin. It's kinda in the middle of light and oily texture - in a good way. To be honest, it's a nice moisturizer but does it really help with recovery or hydrate the skin for the long time - I would say definitely not. $12 Korean beauty products or $9 CeraVe cream works much better than this. Yet I gave 3 star because they tried to make it as natural as possible and I DO appreciate the effort, yet if you ask me whether I would buy this again or not, then the answer is solid NO.

Very moisturizing and soothing to my skin barrier; great for sensitive skin
I love this medium weight cream because it's so moisturizing and holds in hydration from serums I've applied. I appreciate that this cream is organic, cruelty-free, and uses herbal extracts and oils that feel gentle on my skin. I have rosacea and extremely sensitive skin, so essential oils such as lavender oil often irritate my skin. I was pleased to see that this formula contains lavender flower water rather than oil because it's more soothing. This cream only contains natural fragrance ingredients such as the flower water and has a pleasant scent. This cream seems to have helped my skin barrier so I will continue to use it nightly as the last step in my routine. The only negative is the price because I prefer creams that are a better value, but I don't take off stars due to price because buyers know what they are willing to spend and this is a top-quality product. I included a photo of all of the ingredient list that I could capture, so that potential buyers can evaluate the ingredients themselves.

Creates A Nice Natural Moisture Barrier
This is a new brand to me and as I have learned more about the creator and her methodology, I like her natural and conscientious approach. The ingredient list is very long, and honestly, I don't know much about most of the ingredients, although there are a couple of olive ingredients and glycerin. She does not make unreasonable claims ( although the word "spontaneous" does create high expectations), but the main claim is that it moisturizes, and that it does. I took before and after shots of my hand, below my thumb, where there are obvious wrinkles when my skin is dry. It did "spontaneously" remove the wrinkles. You definitely feel it on your skin, but it's not greasy. The scent is strong and herb-y at first, but quickly dissipates. The cream is almost balmy and feels like a protective barrier for the skin. As for its value, I've used very similar products that were a fraction of the price.

I'm glad I ordered this.
Wow! This is expensive but worth it. This cream a has a wonderful fragrance and leaves the skin on my face feeling soft and moisturized. This is truly the good stuff.

So cool but not moisturizing enough for my middle-aged skin
I used another of Tammy Fender's products (Plant Milk Serum - check it out) and thought it was excellent, even if expensive. From that I discovered she's a holistic practitioner who researches ancient herbs/medicines and essentially combs the earth to select, blend and hand-make all-natural, vegan, cruelty-free skin products. What a cool job! That explains the quality and the cost. This cream is almost like a balm, it's heavy in both weight & consistency. You can tell because the jar is small yet the product weight is almost 3x the more standard 1oz face cream jar. It disappears into your skin leaving no oily or sticky feeling at all, and your skin is soft soft soft. You can feel it, it's almost like an invisible layer over your skin. The smell is also heavy; it's like an explosion of fresh lavender and other natural scents swirling around you. You'll really love it if you like homeopathic oils. It's intense and, thankfully for my asthma, does slowly fade. Ok, unlike the light & oily feeling Plant Milk Serum, on me this goes on feeling matte & dry. It doesn't seem to moisturize my middle-aged skin despite forming a barrier of protection. That's why I'm giving 3 stars, which represents that I personally wouldn't get it, independent of the cost. This doesn't mean it's bad! It just means it's not the match for my dry skin. I don't know why. Maybe it's better for younger skin. Frankly, I'm fascinated and I'd love to visit her lab to see what else she (literally) cooks up.

185$ is a joke, I wouldn't recommened even if it was 20$
This is getting 1 star because charging 185$ for this is an absolute joke. If you want to spend some money on a face creme, Philosophys 'Hope in a jar' is an excellent product that feels divine, and is 50$ a tub, which is twice this size. Honestly worth the price. There is nothing special about this creme. The texture is average, it works in averagly, and provides average benifit for my skin. There are quite a few citrus oils which give the creme a harsh, sharp scent. I have a sensitive nose, so would not recommend if you also have a 'super sniffer'. The scent is reminiscent of floor cleaner. I don't think I will finish this tub, as I just don't really like it. The smell is off-putting and I have other cremes which are higher quality. Just because something is expensive, doesn't mean it is good. Don't waste your money.
