Note: I haven't used the chapstick yet; I bought them as stocking stuffers. I will update at a later point for a product review. This is simply a review on my interaction with the company. This company is great! I received my Chapstick, but only got half of the order. I had bought them as stocking stuffers, because this is the first Chapstick I have found in paper tubes, and I'm trying to reduce my plastic waste, as well as gift less wasteful products to others. I reached out yesterday afternoon through Amazon to let the company know, and explained that these were to go into stockings. They immediately overnighted the Chapsticks to me, and I should receive them today, just in time for Christmas this weekend. I am so thrilled that they wanted to make it right, right away. They even included an extra one for the inconvenience, so I'll be able to keep one for myself too! Huge kudos and thanks to Farmstead Apothecary. I will be shopping at their Amazon Store first to find sustainable personal care products.

Best lip balm I've ever had — in my life. Keeps my lips healthy and protected, even in the harsh winter months here in New York. All other products have left me with cracked lips. I love the super short list of natural ingredients, that I can actually read and comprehend what's in it, unlike other brands. And the size and density is perfect for a quick single swipe, when applying.

I buy this chapstick consistently because it’s the only kind that helps my sensitive lips. Other ms make my lips turn red and burn, but not this kind! Lasts a long time, and feels awesome on my lips. The pricing is great for the quality of product. I’m sticking with this shop when it comes to lip care!

I've been looking for quite some time for a natural product with simple ingredients that works. This one is amazing and fits everything I've been looking for. I was a bit shocked—and saddened—by some of the other reviews saying this product was smaller or contained less than other similar products. I know math isn't everyone's forte, so I'll explain for the slow kids in class. While the packaging is shorter than other similar products, it is also greater in diameter, meaning just as much (if not more) volume of product can fit into this packaging compared to similar products on the market. One sweet soul even posted a picture of this packaging next to a similar product, trying to prove this one held less. However, had that person turned both products around, it would be clear to everyone that the net weight on this product is actually more than the net weight on the similar product... not less as the picture was intended to show. Bless their hearts. Bottom line, great product, great packaging, great quantity for the prices. Just great in general. Try it.

I don’t ever write reviews but I am so pleased with this product that I have to write one. I bought this lip balm because of its eco friendly packaging, all cardboard. But I have to say that it lasts a long time as well. I go through lip balms quite often. I apply it multiple times a day. This lip balm lasted me over 2 months of continuous use. I am very impressed and will continue to buy this product.
