This step is important because the inner tire tube easily go BOOM when the bead doesn't hook properly on the rim. Note: This is normal when the tire inflate unevenly,which does not affect the normal use of the tire.when air is deflated, then the tire will return to even. Long-term over-inflation can easily reduce the use of tires.
