Great little cleaner for carpets and sofas!
I am really impressed with the Bissell Little Green. It’s compact, easy to use and does a great job cleaning carpets, sofas and small stains. The suction is strong and it was able to pull out a surprising amount of dirt and grime that I couldn’t see. Overall, it’s a very useful machine to have at home, especially with kids and everyday spills. Definitely worth the purchase!

Glad I Finally Bought One 💚
As a mom of three cats, I mainly bought this for the occasional hairball mess, plus the inevitable spills from having kids and family around. I’ve already pulled it out a few times, and it’s been great for quick cleanups. The machine itself is really straightforward to assemble, fill, use, empty, and clean afterward. The spray and suction work well for regular messes, and I was surprised by how far one tank goes. I usually end up looking around for other spots to clean before I’m even finished! It’s also compact enough to store under my sink and easy to carry wherever I need it. I’ve had surprisingly good results on older stains too. I had a carpet stain from a spilled plant pot that had been there for over a year, so I pretreated it with BISSELL’s PET PRO OXY stain remover before going over it with the Little Green. It made a noticeable difference, and the stain was almost completely gone. Once everything dried, the carpet looked noticeably cleaner, felt completely normal, and you could barely tell there had ever been a stain there. It is loud, but about what I’d expect from a vacuum or carpet cleaner, so it doesn’t bother me. Definitely bothers the cats though. 😆 Honestly, I love this little thing. It’s convenient, easy to store and clean after using, and most importantly, it actually gets the job done.

AMAZING!!!!
Let me start by saying I have the worst luck when it comes to buying vacuums, mops, and comparable items, so when I purchased the standard Little Green machine here, I saved all the packaging with full intentions of most likely returning it. I do my research before buying, and the product never works for me but this thing was the exception!! I'm ashamed to say that my mattress is (was) disgusting. We've had it for several years, and it's one of those Purple ones so it wasn't cheap. My husband sweats like a you-know-what in church, so our mattress was covered in huge sweat stains and God only knows what else. It was friggin' gross. To make matters worse, we bought a $5k+ mattress, and I decide to cheap out by not buying a mattress cover! I figured that's what sheets are for. I know; I'm an idiot, but lesson learned! You need to buy a mattress cover, people! Anyway, I load this bad boy up today with the solution it came with and some warm water and I go to town on this bed. My jaw drops as I am watching these stains disappear like friggin' magic! Please understand, some of these stains have been there for years (Don't judge me). Certain spots took a little bit of elbow grease but it honestly wasn't bad at all! I have only done one pass on the top side of the mattress so far, so I'm thinking once it dries, I'll go over those stubborn areas again tomorrow but I am seriously impressed right now! I ended up having to fill the machine twice to get our mattress done today. I only went over areas where I saw a spot/blemish but that was a good amount of the mattress. I so wish I took before and after pics because I'm telling you, this thing works. It shows when you're finished too b/c that dirty water tank was a putrid brownish-yellow color. It makes me a little nauseated thinking we've been sleeping on this filth for so long but never again. I've got my awesome cleaner, and I've finally ordered a mattress cover! If you're thinking about buying the standard Little Green cleaner, DO IT! I can't speak to how well it works on other types of furniture/carpet and other types of stains but if it took on my mattress like it did, I can almost promise it'll work on whatever you're needing it for. You will not regret this purchase. If I have to give a con, I have only 1 small one and it is not a big deal. You fill the clean water tank through an opening at the bottom, and then flip it over to slide it down onto the machine. Well, my tank leaks a little bit when I flip it over but it really doesn't matter since I'm putting it back into place on the machine. It might leave a couple of drops along the way but I didn't care at all after seeing what this thing can do. I would 100% recommend this product. I'm seriously still in shock as I sit here looking at the difference it's made for my mattress.

Pet Pro Upright versus Little Green
Edit: it's been two years - it's leaked for a year now. Bissell sent a replacement tank while it was under warranty..leaking is actually worse now. going to start by saying, I have had this for 3 days so far and have cleaned my entire car, large sectional, and spot treated drapes. My review is comparing the pet pro upright I've had for 4 years to Little Green. I wasn't paid for my review. Things I love: it's compact and light weight. There's no hassle to put away or carry. Cleaning this is so much easier than the upright, especially the dirty water tank. The two attachments are perfect, unlike the pet pro that I felt came with many unnecessary and confusing attachments. The dirty water tank is sooo easy to empty and fits perfectly, no awkward jumbling of trying to put it back in it's place. The hose is truly the perfect length, not too short and not too long. I appreciate the fact that it's connected to the machine and has its own holder. No more lugging the hose and attachments around like with the pet pro. Much quieter than my upright as well. Here's how Little Green did... In the car- it tackled nearly everything I threw it's way. My seats were stained from Armor All, it took the stains out easily. Red clay stains, drink spills, paw prints, and chocolate stains came out without tons of effort. The brush didn't wear down the upholstery on the seats. The suction was strong enough to leave the seats and carpet lighty damp, close to dry. The only area that I wasn't completely happy with was the fabric overhead/on the visor. It moved the dirt around and reduced the stains however, it didn't deliver in removing the stains completely. The drapes: red clay/dirty dog paw prints. I had to let the solution saturate and marinate the fabric. It took a few swipes and the dirt came right up. No discoloration at all. The sectional: Way easier than the pet pro to move around and no carpet burning. The pet pro burned my carpet from staying stationary for too long(my fault for not using the tray) while in use. My only qualm- it didn't stain remove like it did in my car, some stains required multiple passes. The suction delivered though! The machine is compact that it was easily to get the arm rests, backrest, and all other upholestry smoothly. With my pet pro, there's lots of adjusting involved using the hose. Things I do not like: the spray hose dispenses quite a bit of solution in a somewhat clumsy way- it easily drenched what I was working on. Due to the drenching, fabric can't absorb the liquid as quickly as it was being dispensed, leading to the solution running down what I was working on if not flat. Be prepared to wipe down other surfaces. It doesn't quite spray in a clean line. Solution also drips from the dispenser on the attachment when not triggered. The tank is small and due to the spray issue, I find myself refilling the liquid tank quite often. Personal pet peeve: Bisell does not make universal cleaners, this requires seperate solution for my upright and little green. Overall, I love it. I'll be doing my carpeted stairs along with a few mattresses later on today. It's worth the price however, if you enjoy refreshing your home as often as I do with steam cleaning- be prepared for the solution cost. Do yourself a favor too, buy a full size solution if you invest in Little Green. The solution it comes with is good for a little less than 4 tanks.

Best purchase I’ve made
This little green machine is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made, our dog got scared and had an accident on our mattress and this green machine was able to completely remove any trace of it. It’s light weight, easy to use, and has had no issues handling the dog fur on our furniture. It’s great quality and I will recommend it to everyone!

Small, Yet Mighty!
I wanted to wait to write a review until I had tested the Little Green on multiple types of stains on various fabrics/carpets, and it has not disappointed. So far, I've had 100% success cleaning up cat vomit, dog bile, and mud. These stains were cleaned off a wool throw rug, nylon/polyester blend carpet, and polyester upholstery, respectively. I used the provided Bissel Spot & Stain Febreeze solution and didn't find it to have an overwhelming scent. Pros: - It works which is the biggest thing for me! Plus, a couple of these stains, like the cat vomit one on the living room wool rug, had been there for months and nothing I tried would get it out. - The machine is relatively light to carry around and is compact to stow away when finished. - I liked that the electrical cord was very long which made it easy to use in rooms with only a few outlets. - Any animal lover will know that no matter how much vacuuming you do, there's always going to be some stray hairs left behind. I'm pleasantly surprised that the Little Green has yet to get clogged while I've been cleaning. I always wash the pieces after each use, but it seems like my Lab's hair could clog anything. But, not Little Green! Cons: - I wish I could remove the hose completely to clean it, but the parts that can be removed to clean are easy to do so. - When you load up the water-solution mixture into its tub and turn it upside down to install it into the machine, it does leak a little bit. Once it's in the machine, it doesn't continue leaking but it did catch me off guard the first time I used it thinking I did something wrong. - I wish the instructions told me how best to use each of the attachments. It tells you how to install them, but I had to search online for more guidance on appropriate usage. Overall, the cons are very small things compared to the pros. Especially if you have animals (or children), I would highly recommend this little guy. I've been telling family and friends about it ever since I got mine!

Powerful Little Thing!
I’m very happy with my Bissel. I’ve used it several times over the last few months and I really appreciate how easy it is to use and clean up the machine after. I’ve used it to clean in a home where there are two toddlers and a dog (and a husband) - not to say I’m not to blame for some mishaps, but it’s mostly them. Our dog loves to lick her legs and the sofa even after finding the leftover crackers crumbs. The sofa… was gross. I’m sorry it ever got that far. I was covering it with a blanket while insisting to my husband to get this thing. I finally told him we were buying it or a new sofa. We see how that went. Anywho, this CLEANS! It’s not perfect, not industrial, but for quick spot cleaning, it’s amazing!! I cleaned the entire sofa with one tank. So. Much. Dirt. I couldn’t believe it. It’s also quite satisfying - and gross - to see it happening. (See video of couch arm and seat cleaning… 😬🫣) Sucked up the dirty water really well! Of course there’s a drying time. Fabrics will retain trace water. So, you have to plan on that. I was too impatient to wait for the chair and bench to fully dry so they are a bit darker where I worked on them. Plug. Fill. Go. The water tank has a “cleaner” line and a “water” line on it. Easy to read and fill. Plug it in. No battery to charge and worry about. Of course there’s a cord, but it’s a good length. Not loud in my opinion. My tot was sleeping when I decided to re-clean the sofa (a couple months later), a bench near our front door (which was terribly stained when we moved into our apt and inherited it 6 years ago), our stroller seat, and spot clean our nursery rocker which got moved recently to our living room. (And I still have some solution in the tank to use!) Tot is still sleeping while I write this. And I actually pulled more of the old stains out off the sofa this time around too. So retreating is beneficial. It’s a labor of love. A bit of elbow grease, but it’s so worth it! Highly recommend!!!

Because I am NOT dragging out a full-size carpet cleaner for one little spot 😂🙌🏾
THIS is exactly the kind of cleaning gadget I like to have around. 😂🙌🏾 The whole point for me is convenience — sometimes you have one little spill, one spot on the carpet, or something on the furniture that needs attention and I am not trying to turn it into a whole cleaning event. 😭😂 I love that the Little Green is portable and made for those smaller carpet and upholstery jobs. Just grab it, handle the mess, and keep it moving. 🙌🏾✨ And honestly, anything that makes cleaning feel a little less dramatic is already winning with me. 😂 Practical, compact, and exactly the kind of thing that earns its spot in the house. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Customer service
I needed to return the item (through no fault of the company or actual cleaner)….. it was great, just had the wrong plug fitting for UK. The seller went above any beyond to help return and refund, and even when it got delayed in the post to them they still refunded me. Thank you for you excellent customer service here Jenna

TLDR: Buy this machine. It works great, you will be impressed!
This is a lifesaving machine for carpet owners. I recently moved into a house that was built in the 90's. There is a lot of carpet inside that I think was original with the house. The cool thing is that the carpet was in IMMACULATE condition. Most carpet I've seen looks worse after one year than this carpet looks after 26 years. So, you can imagine how upset I was that 3 months after moving in I spilled an entire cup of strong, thick, black coffee right in the dining room area. I immediately tried blotting it up with paper towel. That left the carpet a bit drier, but incredibly stained! Fortunately (at least I thought I was fortunate), I had several carpet cleaning products on hand. I used them all to no avail. There was literally no difference (the first photo I uploaded is after cleaning it with several products) after spending more than 2 hours cleaning this darn spot. I thought that there must be something else I can try before giving, and that is when I found this Little Green Machine. Setting this up was incredibly easy. The instructions were simple (about 5 steps) and easy to follow. There is a grand total of one screw that needs to be fastened, so make sure you have a small Phillips head available. Next, you must fill the tank with a mixture of water and cleaning solution. The tank includes a handy line to easily visualize the amount of solution you are adding without the need for other measuring equipment. The instructions advise you to top the tank off with hot tap water (do no use boiling water) and the machine is ready to go. In the case of an emergency, this could be set up in ready to go in 2 minutes or less. To clean, you simply plug the machine into the nearest power outlet, spray the stain using the trigger on the cleaning head, let the solution "set" for a few minutes, the scrub/vacuum the moisture up. The suction seems quite powerful and does a good job of removing a significant amount of the solution you sprayed the carpet with; it doesn't get ALL of the moisture, though, but the area is typically dry by morning. Most people writing the reviews on this machine have used it on pet stains, and it would seem they are happy with the result. How did it fare against my coffee stain? Pretty darn well! The before and after picture will give you the best idea of how it did, but I can say I am happy with the way my carpet looks again. I can still see the stain, simply because I know exactly where it is, but I had guests over the other night that can pick it out...this provides a relief that I cannot express in words. This product does exactly what it states, so I really have to grasp at straws to try and find something they could improve. Maybe the suction hose could be a bit longer, or the solution tank could be heated. None of these "issues" are pressing though. A couple of tips for the new user; make sure you let the solution "set" in the stain you are trying to remove. The instruction guide suggests allowing the stain to soak for 5 or 6 minutes before sucking it up. Suck up the solution from all angles to get the best results, and don't be afraid to clean the spot a few times. The coffee stain you see in the photos required me to clean the area twice over the weekend to get the level of stain removal I was seeking. TLDR: Buy this machine. It works great, you will be impressed!
