This truffle salt is exactly what I was looking for. I have a hard time finding a truffle salt that is balanced. I want it strong enough to easily taste the truffle but not so strong that that you don’t taste the salt. This fits the bill. I use on my eggs every morning. Oh and you can’t beat the price for this big bag. I usually pay that much in the store for a 1/4 of this amount. If you like smoked salt they are best for the price as well, and I’m never disappointed. I’ve been using their smoked salt for years and I’ll continue to be a customer for years to come.

My favorite thing to have for breakfast is scrambled eggs with a side of mashed avocado with truffle salt. I really like this product and enlist in the subscribe and save option. The first 1 lb. bag I purchased lasted almost 3 years. I even shared some with friends and family. It was still good after that period of time. I typically use kosher salt as it has the lowest sodium content of most of the salt you can get. I think because of that, this tastes especially salty to me and I do not need to use much - a little goes a long way. Besides on avocado, this is also good on freshly popped popcorn with some olive oil and is a good seasoning to many types of meat. I will continue to buy this product as long as they maintain their quality.
