What should I do if I have any problems?

Please send message to us first, and do not try to repair it (avoid injury or annoyance), just exchange it for a new one.

How can I remove coupler from zerk easily?

This issue is inherent to standard grease guns and couplers. To remove the coupler, try to alleviate the pressure by slightly loosening the hose or nozzle by gently moving the coupler back and forth while twisting it away from the zerk fitting.

How can I lubricate grease smoothly?

Remove air by slightly loosening the gun body or pressing the air valve. If grease won't flow, detach the flex hose and pump until grease appears.

What's the easiest way to lock and remove my grease gun coupler?

For smoother operation, use a double handle coupler like our MGG0003 – it provides better grip and leverage for quick, effortless connections and releases.

Where can I find solutions if I encounter other problems while lubricating with a grease gun?
