This is described as beluga style caviar -- does that mean (as it would seem to mean) that it is not genuine beluga caviar?

how is this shipped (cold pack)? does it require a signature? can I pinpoint a day it will be delivered?

Until the transfer in the evening, the goods were kept cool throughout and are then shipped in a Styrofoam box with sufficient refrigeration. For the shipping service provider, a signature is usually required. In order to receive the delivery on a certain day, please use the express shipping with delivery on the next workday (if ordered before 1 pm).

the item is durable for 2 months. when you open the tin you should consume within 3 days. keep it in the fridge.

I bought this at Christmas originally as a treat for my hosts. I was so impressed with this product and as a consequence I ordered again for my birthday in February as a treat to myself- I may offer a taste (a very small one) to my nearest and dearest. I now look forward to another excuse - sorry I mean occasion - to order some more.

Der Kaviar kam in rekordverdächtiger Zeit bei uns an. Er war in Styropor und mit Eis verpackt, und das Eis war noch nicht geschmolzen. Der Geschmack war *Na ja, in Ordnung*, aber um diesen Preis darf man sich nichts Besseres erwarten.

Kam gut verpackt (und gekühlt!) daheim an. 30 Gramm sind nicht viel; beim nächsten Mal wird es die etwas größere Dose (für 2x Vorspeise) geben. Bei wenigen Vergleichsmöglichkeiten: Qualität und Geschmack sehr gut.

Lieferung: Sehr schnell und Dose war bei Ankunft noch kalt!! Geburtstagshappen für meine Frau: Beluga Kaviar (und Champagner) . Ein besonderes Erlebnis, das man mögen muss - dann lohnt es wirklich.
