which is more effective,the aerosol spray or pump spray and is this more effective then salon pas?

I have only used the roll-on & the aerosol spray. I get the professional roll-on (5% menthol), as well as the aerosol spray (10.5% menthol) and I use the spray for places I can’t reach as well as when my pain is completely unmanageable. I’ve had 3 shoulder operations which have been compromised, & bio-freeze is a lifesaver for me. I do have to take pain med’s as well because my pain is deabilitating. The spray is stronger, but most likely because it is an aerosol, but it works fast & can reach well to places on my back that I can’t reach with the roll-on. I don’t know if this answers your question though...hope it helps a bit. I have never tried salon pas...bio-freeze works better than anything else I’ve tried. .

What are the actual ingredients? I see there are different formulas; professional, original, etc would like to compare them before I purchase.

The main difference in ingredients between the original Biofreeze and the professional Biofreeze is that the Professional has an optimized, fast-acting formula with 5% menthol instead of 4% in the original.  Gel and Roll-on formulas last longer than the original Biofreeze at retail.  The Biofreeze Professional is available exclusively from healthcare professionals and sold in retail stores.  I have used both in spay form and I do prefer the Professional.

105% menthol, inactive ingredients. are alcohol denat, amica montana flower extract, calendula officiallalis flower extract,camilla sinensis leaf extract, a bunch more of flower extracts,  and MSM and water.  I love the spray, no goopy hands, and the 360 degree turn gives you easy upside down spray. I have had a sprayer that did not completely empty but very close so I didn't consider returning it.
